At Rilaxtion Mattress, we strive to provide the highest quality products and customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following Refunds & Cancellation Policy to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience.

1. Cancellation Policy
1.1 Order Cancellation: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting our customer service team at (+91)-9874360010. After 24 hours, we begin processing your order, and it may not be possible to cancel.
1.2 Late Cancellations: If you request a cancellation after the 24-hour window, we will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, if your order has already been processed or shipped, you will need to follow our return procedure.

2. Return Policy
2.1 100-Night Sleep Trial: We offer a 100-night trial period on all mattresses. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the mattress within 100 nights from the date of delivery for a full refund.
2.2 Return Conditions: To be eligible for a return, the mattress must be in its original condition, free from stains, damage, or orders. The trial period is limited to one mattress per household.
2.3 Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at (+91)-9874360010. We will arrange for the pickup and return of your mattress at no additional cost to you.
2.4 Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as pillows, bedding, and other accessories, are non-returnable for hygiene reasons unless they are damaged or defective.

3. Refund Policy
3.1 Refund Process: Once your returned mattress has been received and inspected, we will process your refund within 14 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
3.2 Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable. However, there will be no additional charge for the return shipping of your mattress.
3.3 Partial Refunds: In cases where the product shows signs of use, damage, or is returned after the 100-night trial period, only partial refunds may be granted at our discretion.

4. Defective or Damaged Products
